Tomatoes 1kg
Sugar 200 g
White vinegar 1/4 cup
Onion 2 chopped
Garlic cloves 1/4cup
Ginger 2tsp
Salt 2tsp
Celery 1cup
Black pepper corn 2tsp
Cloves 3 pcs
Cinnamon stick 1
Brown elachi 1
Directions
Take a tomatoes washed and dry for towel.
After dry cut in pcs.Take a pressure cooker add all ingredientsix and cooked.
After cooked grind well and filtered in wok .
Then add vinegar ,salt and sugar mix and cooked for thicken consistency.
Then plate test pour one tsp ketchup and plate arond 360 angle turn then ketchup is not spread this sign ketchup is ready.
Cover and keep a side in 12 hours.
After 12 hours ketchup completely is ready to use.
