Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 1kg


  • Sugar 200 g


  • White vinegar 1/4 cup


  • Onion 2 chopped


  • Garlic cloves 1/4cup


  • Ginger 2tsp


  • Salt 2tsp


  • Celery 1cup


  • Black pepper corn 2tsp


  • Cloves 3 pcs


  • Cinnamon stick 1


  • Brown elachi 1

Directions

  • Take a tomatoes washed and dry for towel.
  • After dry cut in pcs.Take a pressure cooker add all ingredientsix and cooked.
  • After cooked grind well and filtered in wok .
  • Then add vinegar ,salt and sugar mix and cooked for thicken consistency.
  • Then plate test pour one tsp ketchup and plate arond 360 angle turn then ketchup is not spread this sign ketchup is ready.
  • Cover and keep a side in 12 hours.
  • After 12 hours ketchup completely is ready to use.
